"mydailylists" - ongoing project, 2011

Often our lists are endless, and we feel we can never finish all the tasks on them ... is it any wonder we feel so overwhelmed? Sometimes so little on the list gets done (crossed off - the sign of success) that we resort to adding things we did instead  -- but  in crossing them off, we negate our achievements!
This little book aims to reverse that mentality.  It suggests that you choose just three things to “cross off” each day. (These things might come from your "endless" list, or they might be appointments etc.) If you don't finish the item, you can colour in part of the circle. You can plan for the days ahead by adding items to subsequent pages. You are aiming to do any or all of these three things; anything else is a bonus.
Then, use the rest of the page throughout the day or at the end of the day to list the other things you have done - the items that you might have added to that long list on which nothing ever got done.

If you would like to take part in "the book of the book" project, please scan or photograph one set of pages and send it to me, with your thoughts on list-making, if you wish, at mcooter3 at-symbol gmail.com, or contact me via my blog, http://margaret-cooter.blogspot.com, or this website.
"The book of the book" will use the photos (anonymously) to make another book, which will also include some words about list-making. This is part of the project for my MA course, and will be available as a “real book” or online.

The list has only three blanks in the "To Do" section - and many more in the "Done" section
